Our Culture

Belonging

We’re committed to building an inclusive culture in which everyone feels welcome,
respected, safe and valued. By embracing diversity in all its forms, we will better serve our employees, customers, partners, and connect with our Communities. Each of us has an opportunity and responsibility to create an environment where we all know we belong.

Embracing Diversity and Authenticity

Belonging at Beazer means you can be your authentic self. We celebrate not just excellence in your role,
but what makes you unique in and out of work. In the internal "You Belong at Beazer" series, employees
are invited to share personal stories, creating connections among coworkers and highlighting the many dimensions of diversity that strengthen our team.

How We Work

We’re building dynamic workplaces that balance the needs of the
business and the ways our teams work best. Each division and
department is empowered to set expectations around hybrid work
and create schedules that promote life-work balance, planful
collaboration and productivity.

Finding Balance

Whether you’re in a community-based role or an agile position working
between a Beazer office and a home office, life-work balance is supported
with generous time off. Flexible Time Off (FTO) reflects our culture of
accountability by encouraging everyone to take time when they need it,
and trusting we’ll get the job down and show up for our team’s success

Giving Back

From local service activities to company wide initiatives, giving back is a
core part of the Beazer life. Championed by passionate employees, our
teams are empowered to support causes that they are passionate about,
while connecting with our values and wellness initiatives.

Building Your Career

We’re all about growth mindset, and it’s our hope that employees will lead
with curiosity, find opportunities to learn new things, and engage in the
organization in meaningful ways. Our approach to career navigation isn’t
linear, but more of a 3-dimensional approach we invite employees to go
deeper into their current functional expertise and develop their skill
mastery, to expand their experience exploring opportunities cross-
functionally, and to grow their leadership competencies and strategic
thinking. These three dimensions build on each other to illustrate a model
of career development that highlights your professional interests, the skills
you have and want to develop, the knowledge you want to deepen, the competencies you bring to the table. We ditched the antiquated annual
review process and created quarterly scorecard conversations so that
employees receive timely, consistent feedback. Scorecards are continually
updated, ensuring the priorities of their roles stay aligned with the
business, and more importantly, their development goals.
